I was born and grew up in a small town with a funny name, of which I understood its meaning only in adult age.

But this is where I belong and where my heart is.

One band, or better group, the Pat Metheny Group has been fundamental in my life, as soundtrack, as discovery, as listening pleasure and as a whirlwind of emotions.

I went listen them a lot of time with my dad, witm mum and dad and when my dad passed away, that year in 2010 I took my mum in Perugia to attend to one gig of their last and definitive tour.

Moved also by the passing of Lyle Mays in 2020, I tried to compose something similar to their style.

I know it's not the PMG and it is quiet different from any other Didascalis tune written till now, but I've put the whole of myself and my heart playing bass, keyboard, piano, acoustic classical and electric guitar, singing and creating vocal harmonies like I was one of the PMG.
